What are the terms of return of products?
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that they match the following:
First case:
• The product was not as expected (if the package was not opened) / does not match the description on the website.
• If you do not want the product, you must return it without using it, in its original packaging, closed as it is and all labels in proper condition.
Second case:
• If the product is damaged when it arrives to you (reported within 24 hours)
• If the product has an industry defect, you must fill in the returned product in its original packaging, and all the accessories, stickers, and free gifts must also be returned with the product. (Within 14 days)

There's no need to do so where you can log in and out of your account any time you want.
Will my account be canceled if it is not used for a long time?
